We are hitting the NGROUPS limit again.
Rob is in 32 groups and is losing. He claims he changed NGROUPS to 64 a
long time ago, but apparently it's not setup that way in the sourcetree
on paris/minos. Perhaps we should consider upping it to 64 in 6.3B...
What would break because of this?
(We would need to recompile xlogin/login???/csh???...)
Should we do this?
