Matisse (the OLC server), has been down since ~1:15AM due to hardware
problems. I will be bringing up the server on another machine temporarily
swapped in as `matisse'. In the meantime, I'd like service call placed on
matisse; it is a floor model RT in E40-008, serial number 26-0003693, and is
diplaying "7c" upon powerup.
