A guy from Physical Plant called and said there will be an AC shutdown at NW12
on Monday 22, 1992 form 7am to 11am. Warren Scott requested a repair for the
cooling tower there. He said Ron H. has been notified
I have spoken with Warren Scott and this shutdown has been cancelled.
Warren was not aware that we had equipment in that building that needed
to remain operational. He will investigate either providing temporary
cooling for us when the work is rescheduled, doing the work on a cool
day only or, worst case, giving us plenty of notice and doing the work
on non-prime hours.
