Hi,
I was talking with someone from the Athena Hotline, and they
mentioned that the files that were restored for you are not
the files you are interested in.
In general, we don't offer file restores as a service, but we do
try to help people out when we can since we do maintain backups.
In order to restore the files you need the following information
will be required,
- the full path and name of the files
- the date the files were created
- the date the files were deleted
If you can help us out by providing this information we'll try
to recover your files in a timely fashion. We'll do our best to
recover your files, but unfortunately there are no guarantees that
we will be able to do so.
