One of the disk drives in my workstation seems to have failed.

Disk type: RT 310 MB
I ran diagnostics. I got service code "17-71E-861", with the
most likely failed parts being drive E followed by the disk
controller. When I boot UNIX, the kernel can't find drive 2 (E).
