I just registered for an athena account yesterday (username mcnutt).
I tried last night to log into athena from home. I dialed up
the number, got connected to ZITI or something of the sort, typed
rlogin athena, typed in my username and passwprd when requested,
and then it said it was incorrect! I know I typed my password correctly
because I tried several times. I finally then typed the name and
password for one of my students and got in.
So then this morning I tried to rlogin from my computer at MIT.
This time, it didn't even ask for my password, but just said
connection refused.
Can you help me? I don't have an athena workstation, so most of
my use of athena will be via remote login.
