I vos released system.{rt, pmax, vax}.srvd.74, so
workstations configured for field (staff) test should
start updatig to 7.4F
Note that RS6000 workstations will not update yet. There appears
to be a problem with quorum in the sys packs cell, which
I'm investigating now. More details to follow.
