We (OLC) have a stock answer that points users to 'relay.mit.edu' if
they need to access athena but their site doesn't support dynamic name
resolution... Unfortunately relay stopped providing this service more
than half a year ago. I talked to Ezra and he sent me the following...

I found out why relay is not doing that any more. Aug 13, 1991 the machine
was updated and the service by defacto removed. Clearly it has not
been a problem until now (or never reported). If it is really
needed, then perhaps someone should send mail to hotline.
(/etc/inetd.conf.old exists on the machine)

So, could you either replace the service on relay, or tell me if it's
going to be supported?
