Rob Stadler says that his vax3100 athena workstation won't boot up. Just
a bunch of junk on the screen and at the end are 3 greater than signs
and a cursor. Keyboard does nothing. Machine is under Professor Lewis
Braida's name. The department is Electrical Engineering. The room is
36-781 and Rob's number is 3-9840. He doesn't know the version the
machine is using and says that the machine's name is m36-781. Rob didn't
know the IP address.
