Huxley, the printer in the athena developmental cluster in 36-813 has
a few problems.
First, I am unable to connect to its print server.
Second, the print quality is horrible (I think it's worse than just
low toner.)
can you help?

Quentin, Bad print quality will definiatly occur when the toner level
is low. An uneven mix of toner gets distributed onto the
toner roller.
Also, The server has not yet been converted for printing.
Our operations group has been trying to gain access to this
room (813) without any luck. Could you or Ed send a note to
op@athena to schedule this.
ED, Could you get the Cluster Manager of this printer to add toner?
When I loaded Software onto the server I noticed Huxley needing
toner.
Please e-mail us back if the print quality continues to be
a problem.
