W20-EAST Printers

All 4 of the W20 EAST printers were reported non-operational. I had looked
into the problem at once. I had to power cycle all 4 printers, and restart
the print daemons. This had got the printers printing once again. I had
noticed in the /usr/adm files that on May 24 & 26, the following messages had
appeared: " /dev/lp no such file or directory". This message was then followed
by " Problem contacting quota server prlogger. The quota server is currently
shutdown". This /dev/lp had appeared today, just before the 4 EAST printers
hung. Please look into problem.
