Problem: reported by GregJackson: this machine is making lots of
very loud noises

(It sounds as if the RZ23 will need replacement. I called Ruben
asking if we had okay to replaced disk and he was out today. Left
hotline phone to call back with okay to replace disk.
We ought to check out this system anyways.)
