"Fuser error" on printer bob in cluster 1-142

Hi,
A user reported that the printer 'bob' in the 1-142 cluster has a front
panel message that says "fuser error." I've disabled printing and queueing
and left a status message to that effect.
To enable printing and queueing, use the following command:
athena% lpc up bob
and to clear the status message:
athena% lpc msg bob
