Priam's RAID (a Storedge-A1000-218, with s/n 025H3CFA located in
w20-575a) logged that its cache battery has failed.
The bad battery will appear on Lou's desk shortly.
Ops: this RAID was recently decommissioned, but is still on service,
so it makes sense to get it fixed.
