w20-575-120 can't access my homedir

When I log onto w20-575-120 it says that it can't access my home
directory. After logon I can't attach lockers. Everybody I've seen try
to log onto this machine also has this problem. I believe the machine
been this way for atleast a week or two. The network connection on the
machine seems fine (I'm sending this email from the machine).
