Ceres has been having trouble in which anytime it's rebooted, it falls
off the network again after a few minutes.
It doesn't depend on jobs being sent to it, and it's been down more
often than up in the last week. Lou says this problem looks like
pindar's problem.
Anyhow, this mail is to open a case; the queue is down.
