PROBLEM: broken Sunblade 100 mouse
SYMPTOM: Moving the mouse only causes cursor to move up-and-down on
same line on horizontal axis. Symptom unchanged after cleaning the
ball well and sensors, and replugging the cable.
The controller is OK; operation is normal with a borrowed known-good mouse.
