edgerton/edgerton-p.mit.edu should be one of the dorm printers that
was replaced recently; there's a user report in the OLC queue that it
doesn't work, and indeed, it's not on the network.

  * Reading old cases in casetracker suggests that there's seveal bad
    network drops in the viscinity.

  * The hardware address: 00:01:e6:a5:b9:b4 is the one we were given
by Juan; there's some other device in edgerton trying to bootp as
    00:02:2d:b7:32:fd - it's worth checking that it wasn't initially
transcribed wrong. (If the printer is really that second address,
then that would explain the whole problem.)

  * The OLC user was going to try giving it a cold reset; I don't
really know what's going on over there, but it probably needs more
work than I can make the user do for us.
