With each page it tries to print, plato jams. It asks me to check under
the cartridge. I do, and I find the last printed page (somewhat smudged)
and remove it. When I close the door again, plato warms up while making a
bad-sounding, pulsing sound, and then prints the next page and jams. I've
reported this to printadm, and they told me to email you, since I can't
find the source of the jam.
