Perhaps this is just a formality by now, but PC Service must remind Athena that "missing parts" (on fusers or whatever) are not covered under MIT Care. The cost for a fuser replacement is about $275...

Looks like the fusing unit on maia is missing a part. Have put the queue down with the appropriate msg, and have forwarded to
pcservice & hardserv.
