Subject: printer SIDNEY, NW86-158

Hi,

If you open the left door on SIDNEY (a HP LJ 8150), you will notice that one of
the two supporting guides that help direct paper is loose. For this reason (or
maybe some other reason), we are frequently experiencing paper jams in that
area of the printer.

Sincerely,
Dan.

Also, when feeding from paper tray 3, the printer jams more often than not.

Thanks!

Have spoken to Dan regarding this complaint and he states that something is loose in the fusing unit area, which causes the jams. Have forwarded to pcservice.
