Fuser has been replaced and spillage has been removed. However, Athena may still want to replace toner, as it is leaving dirty marks on all the printouts.

The above was reported with constant jams. Have verified the issue. It appears
that several sheets are backing up/jamming due to a possible defective fusing
unit. Also, heavy toner spillage is due to the jamming, and will need to be
cleaned. Queue is now down with the appropriate msg.
