John sent this note yesterday about Plato. Today Jim called in to the office and reported a 50.1 fuser error on Bob, adding that he downed the queue.

Upon my arrival to 1-142, I found that Bob's queue was, in fact, down, but that PLATO had the 50.1 fuser error. I upped Bob's queue and it is printing optimally. Plato, on the other hand, still has the error and a visibly worn fuser. I have downed the Plato queue and will proceed with the repair from here.

I have replaced the power supply in plato.

however, problems persist (most likely with the network card, as jtguy indicated)...

I have replaced the network card in Plato.

ATTENTION ATHENA:
The original IP address is 18.58.1.68.
The new HW address is 0001E6Ad26B2.

If the printer still exhibits hardware problems after the new configuration, let us know. We will keep the case open until we hear from you...

With my hesreq hat on, I updated the hardware address in moira.

If you boot it tomorrow morning, it should find its network; remember to plock it after you up the queue.
