helios has been up and printing optimally for a few days now (though i wasn't aware that it had been upped), with the exception of a routine paper jam this morning. somneone indicated that perhaps tray 3 was faulty, but this is not the case, as jj and i have witnessed hundreds of pages come out in the last few minutes.
to accommodate user demand, we will leave the printer up and running...
