Printer Bob was out of the network, re connected and powercycled still no go.
Printer Bob is down with constant 13.20 feed jams and broken printer part on 
top of the printer. Unable to locate where broken part came from inside the 
printer. Will copy PCServices in casetracker for  repairs.
