Please join us on Tuesday, February 24, from noon to 1 p.m. in room E25-117
for a customer forum about the Department of Facilities Operation Center.
The Operation Center staff work 24/7 365 days a year and are responsible for
monitoring all life safety and mechanical systems at MIT, from fire alarms
to heating and cooling systems. They also respond to your heating and
cooling calls.
Patty LeClair, manager of the Operation Center, and Bernard Richard, manager
of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing in Repair and Maintenance will give
us an overview of what happens behind the scenes in this vital office.
They'll also provide a brief primer on how to request repair work.
We hope to see you on February 24!
