The following rescheduled steam blowdown noise alert for Bldgs. NW10, NW12,
NW13, NW14, NW30 and W79 on Thursday, February 5, 2004 is for your

Reason:
Three (3) - 15 minute steam blowdowns within the 9 AM - 3:30 PM time
period - new steam piping serving Novartis (NECCO).
Effect:
Noise alert 3 - 15 minute steam blowdowns .The times for these steam
blowdowns is 9 AM, about 12 noon and 3 PM. This will not affect building
heat.
