Dear Everyone:
I have just been informed the steam blowdown noise alert for the
above-listed buildings for tomorrow, Tuesday, 2/3/04 from 9 AM - 3:30 PM
(three - 15 minute blowdowns within that time frame -- new steam piping
serving Novartis (NECCO)) has been cancelled for now. When I have another
date for this work I will forward it onto you.
