I just helped a confused user, who could not find where their printouts
were going. Despite the fact that they were sitting 10 feet away from
the printer "ajax", the computer was sending their paper to another
room, to the printer "pulp".
Could you review the cluster information for w20-575-47 and its
neighboring machines? Printing to ajax would make much more sense than
printing to pulp.
