P.C. Service closed case 475001, after cleaning up ajax; they reported
that the toner cartridge still needs replacement, and left the queue down.
So I'm opening this case, so that you know it still needs attention.
It's been four business days; it's really critical that it gets back up,
since as it's end of term, the other printers in w20 are groaning under
the extra load.
