maia needs maintenance

The printer maia in 12-182 cluster needs maintenance. One user reports
that it needs toner, but another user reported that one of the rollers
was damaged, so I'm not sure which is correct.
I have down'd the queue. As a reminder, to re-enable printing, you can
type:
athena% lpc up maia
athena% lpc msg maia
