Andrea, this will cause a fairly major schedule delay in the project. We are
asking for everyone's help in scheduling this shut down.
* The project is a lecture hall that is required for the start of school, no
delays can be tolerated.
* The contractor has agreed to do this off hours, rent a portable A/C unit
and whatever else it takes to make this happen.
* I will agree to be here to supervise off hours and do whatever it takes to
make this happen.
We realize there has already been a tremendous effort to coordinate this
shut down. The project team appreciates that and is willing to join the
effort at this time.
Can you give me contact information for the key people involved that have
issues with this so we can address their concerns?
