Printer jonathan (at Bexley (W-13) desk) is not working. I tried
power cycling it, and it still won't respond to pings.

Hi Aaron,
Send a note to hotline@mit.edu -- let them know the
symptoms (ie, no network connectivity on a known working
drop) and also let them know that you're an RCC.
(I'm guessing you've tried power cycling the printer --
you could also try a hard reset, but that will reset any
settings in the printer).
