Printer ashdown still smudges, despite new toner.

Hi there.
I'm sorry to keep bothering you with the same problem, but ashdown is still
printing smudges of toner.
I replaced the toner last week and it seemed to print cleanly for a day or two.
Should I be cleaning or replacing any dirty parts?
