Hi,
A user has reported a recurring problem with a printer in
Westgate. The error reported is '81.0180 EIO 1 ERROR' and it occurs on
a laserjet 8150DN. The printer is apparently locked up due to this
error quite often. Rebooting the printer does not cure the
problem. Could you please take a look at the printer?
