Hello,
The proper method of notifying I/S about hardware problems is to call the
hardware hotline at MIT extension 3-1410 or you can e-mail to
hotline@Mit.edu. I've cc'd hotline with the appropriate information.
Please gather the following information before notifying the "hotline":
name of machine: drimer
room number: 1-245
description of problem: display not working (although machine is powered
up. Note: at this writing, drimer is not answering pings.)
regards,
rml
p.s. sorry for the delayed response. I'll close out case 321927 - this
message will open an new case with the hotline folks.
