To whom this may concern, I have been asked to contact you with regard to our computer that is located in the solarium of the Inpatient Unit at MIT Medical. The students and staff who have access during their inpatient stay here are complaining about the computer format which they have indicated is on quick access with a 10 minute window after which they must log in repeatedly to stay on line, get emails etc... the request is to change that format so that they can be on longer if possible. Please let us know what we need to do to facilitate this change.
