Sorry if this is wrongly directed, or incorrect in emphasis.
I'm in the Rotch basement and it appears that Pietro is jammed up with
your job (not your fault, of course). But there's an increasingly long
que behind it -- you may want to check it out/cancel (if it's a
double-sided job the printer may not be handling it correctly;
regardless there's a problem).
