Hi,
I believe the printer was just put in yesterday (or very recently) and =
already it is jamming. There is new paper that appears to be properly =
loaded into both trays, the device does not seem to have been tampered =
with (or abused) in anyway (looks brand new) and still it keeps jamming.
Also, I noted that the lpq entry for wg-tang still reads hp5s instead of =
hp8100- ... don't know if this makes a difference, just thought I'd =
point it out in case it does.
And finally, I was told that 3-1410 was the number to call for printer =
problems 24hrs a day / 7 days a week - but I called it now and got a =
voice recording telling me the institute is currently closed - I have a =
big poster in the printer area telling people to call 3-1410 if there =
are printer troubles - what number should it read?
Thanks,
Salil Soman
