The mouse currently attached to m12-182-18 (Ultra5, type 5c keyboard) seems
to have an intermittent electrical fault, such that it will sporadically
stop working.

When it's in this state, if I remove the mouse-ball-cover and ball, and spin
the movement sensors with my fingertip, the system still doesn't register
any mouse movement. (But I can still type just fine.)

Thrashing the mouse about seems to usually clear the problem, but it's
happening fairly often when I use the mouse, and so is rather annoying.
