This error is generated when the workstation doesn't have a default
printer.
If there's an appropriate printer that should be the default for these
workstations, then you should send mail to hesreq@mit.edu, specifying
which printer should be made the default.
If there isn't an appropriate printer nearby, then the users should be
referred to OLC, who will explain to them how to specify a particular
printer when they wish to print.
