Combo pad on Building 4 side of M12-182 cluster not working

Hi,
The combo pad connected to the Building 4 door to the M12-182 cluster
does not accept either the old or the new combination. The yellow light
briefly illuminates with each keypress, so I don't think the problem is
being caused by a failure of any of the keys to register as having been
pressed. I haven't spent time trying to figure out if it's a one-off error
in whatever new combination was set, mostly due to the strange looks people
waiting for printouts began to give me. 8-)
The Building 12 door's combo pad works fine with the new combination,
however.
