Hi, 

I have a dead 2G disk from the ultra1 with serial number 750fc26f.  It
appears that the relevant part number is 5402936­02.  Note that
despite what the db says I believe this system is under contract with
polaris.  The failure mode is that the disk logs lots of errors and
sometimes hangs the machine for minutes at a time.  I've left the dead
dis in my mailbox in w92.
