system's "connection refused."
i secured all UTP connections in system and port.
i also tried an available UTP wire that is nearby (it is plugged in to a port
but its other end is open and waiting for a home in a system). that didn't
work either.
watch-net internal loopback test is at a standstill. nothing.
please advise...
