Hi,
My name is Charlie Lertpattarapong. I am an RCC for Sidney-Pacific. I tried
to print some of my document on sp-res-printer1. There was a error on the
printer. I thought that might be someone else's job. So I reprint my
document on sp-res-printer2. There was also an error. So I suspected that my
jobs might cause problems to both printers. So I went to the queue and try
to delete my jobs but I could not. Not sure why.
If you don't mind, please give me some suggestion to solve this problem. Or
if you can, please delete my jobs and put the printer back to normal.
