Dear Hotline,
Ashdown's dorm printer ashdown is broken down with an uncorrectable
recurring jam. It appears to me that someone tried to push
the toner cartridge in with a piece of metal blocking the way.
Maybe this person has used force inside of flipping the piece
of metal back to its right position. This might be the cause
of permanent jamming problem.
