I wondered why acantha was down, without a message on its queue,
and I couldn't find a case open in Casetracker about it.

These messages in the syslogs on the print server makes me think that
this is a known problem; I'm not sure what message was intended, but
the command that was run just blanked the message. (Usually you'd run
'lpc msg acantha "down for maintenance 09/04"' to set a message.)
I tried up'ing the queue, and sending a test message; it wasn't
successful, so I assume there's a real problem with the printer (it
jammed immediately).
