8/19/2002 17:18:54 goguen Received voice-mail from Client

Client called after 5pm and left a message saying that he was working in the cluster in E39, the one that has the "stomp?" printer in it when he experienced something troubling. While working on the terminal "sum3?" he suddenly received the message log off immediately or risk your files being damaged. Before he could log off, the workstation turned off on its own. He has since tried turning it off and on himself, but it did not sound as though the workstation came back up ok.

the machine is up now -- it says it's running the new AThena release
so maybe you were installing it before. LDK

I have looked into this issue, and have found another client
using the machine in question (Sum-3). I looked for Mr. Katz, but he must of left for the day. NO problem found
for the stated failure. Will close this issue on our end.
