Machine # 0342612 in athena cluster 66-080-18 has a problem with the cdrom
drive.
It would not eject the cd tray after about 6:30 PM on Sunday, July 7, 2002. A
cd was in the tray, but the computer could not tell.
When we tried the commands eject cd, eject cdrom0, etc. the error message
/vol/dev/rdsk/c0t2d0/audio_cd#1: I/O error
came up. We used a paper clip to manually eject the cd tray, but even after
the cd was removed, the tray would not open except manually.
