hello, a user left a message on OLC voicemail detailing a problem with
printer e55prt. apparently the printer wants to print all header pages in
11"x17" format, which is causing the printer to hang on header pages.
the user's name is Christina Mills, cmills@mit.edu. she mentioned a case
number of 282522.
